Summer nights with beautiful sunsets and joyful souls is what makes me love this “job” even more.
Meeting Alix and her beautiful family has been amazing.

Her family and her are getting ready to relocate and this shoot was their “Farewell Chicago” photo session.
You’d think that maybe some buildings and busy streets would be involved in this session but Alix decided to go for a more whimsical, natural and dreamy feel for her portraits.

We decided on St. James Farm in Warrenville, Il as THE SPOT for this session. The light was truly magical, their love and joy was one of a kind.
Let me tell you that those giggles and smiles between these two souls were so obvious, that there love and life story are gently guided with so much beauty and passion.

Through this session I was reminded why I love doing what I do. This is not just a “taking pictures” kinda thing! This is photography. I am a storyteller and I am not here to serve myself but others through this journey.

I am learning to see beauty little by little in so many different ways.

Thank you Alix, for choosing LFP to document your beautiful family. For letting me tell just a glimpse of your story through my lens.

The Lord bless you all on your new journey in the West coast.
